Who Can Exchange?

Exchange is available for all customers who have made their purchase within Pakistan.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange is accepted in the following cases:

• Item received is damaged

• Wrong size received

• Item must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged

• Cash refunds are not offered

Share your order details and photos. Once conditions are verified, we will share our address for shipment. After receiving the item, your new piece will be dispatched.
